Return and Refund Policy
Warranty
All parts come with a 30-day warranty. Any part that malfunctions within this 30-day period is eligible for replacement or refund. Parts outside this 30-day period cannot be returned. Parts that have malfunctioned due to customer actions are not covered under this warranty.
Returns and Restocking Fee
Returns (not warranty replacements) within 30 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be in their original and unopened condition. No returns are accepted for parts priced at $29.95 and under.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

RMA Process
All returns must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to being shipped to EHParts. Returns received without proper RMA documentation cannot be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
