Yes! Repair shops may be eligible for special pricing on all parts available. If you’re a repair shop and interested in repair shop pricing, get in contact with us through email to obtain a unique discount code for your shop. This code can be used anytime at checkout to receive a discount repair shop price.
Yes! All parts have a 30-day warranty. Any part that malfunctions within this 30 day period are eligible for replacement or refund. Parts outside this 30-day period cannot be returned. Parts that have malfunctioned as a result of the customer's actions are unfortunately ineligble for warranty exchange.
Returns are only accepted within 30-days of purchase and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns must be in original and unopened condition. Purchases outside this 30-day period cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for shipping back to EH Parts.

All returns must request an RMA number prior to being shipped to EHParts. Returns received without proper RMA documentation cannot be accepted. Please click here to request an RMA number.
Once you submit an RMA request, our customer service team will notify you by e-mail about what to do next.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay to ensure all our customers have a great checkout experience. Payment details are entered during checkout on a secure and encrypted web page to make sure all your information is safe. No credit card information is ever stored on our servers. Most payments are processed immediately.
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. United States orders are shipped with USPS. International orders are shipped with local postal companies. Shipping cost varies depending on the shipping service you select as well as the package weight and dimension.
Once your packaged is shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number. If your order is made between the hours of 8-4pm (eastern) time Mon-Fri, your package is usually shipped within a few hours.
The time it takes to receive your package after it leaves us depends on the shipping company and how busy the season is. Typically our Canadian customers receive their orders in 1-3 days, US customers 2-5 days, and international customers 5-7 days.
